In Prague’s neighbourhood of Vinohrady, there lived a young woman. She was doing just fine, going to her job every day, meeting her friends on the weekends, and occasionally travelling.

However, she wanted more for herself. She had always been ambitious and had high expectations of herself, but from a very early age, she struggled with confidence. Her self-doubt made it difficult for her to put herself out there.

That being said, through the years of lacking confidence, she had discovered a little secret: dressing well and putting effort into her looks gave her the necessary boost of confidence she needed every day.

So, why did we start VIKTRY?

The name VIKTRY comes from the word “victory”. We know very well that confidence is mostly about overcoming yourself, or winning over yourself if you will.

“I wanted to create something inspiring. Not just a jewellery brand. Something that will make the customer feel empowered.”

To celebrate the little and big victories of extraordinary women, we name our products after famous and also lesser-known women from all over the world. Each product description includes a short introduction of the woman whose name the jewellery piece bears.

Why gold?

Because for us, gold symbolises victory. But we are aware that not everyone can afford jewellery made of real gold. That's why we chose gold-plated stainless steel as our material of choice. The good thing about stainless steel is that it's hypoallegrenic and lasts for years and with proper care.
